Delivery Timescales

In-Stock Items
Items that are currently in stock are delivered within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Sourced / Made-to-Order Items
Some products are sourced or prepared specifically for your order. These items are typically delivered within up to 15 working days.
Estimated delivery times will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase and confirmed once your order is ready for dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to production schedules, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.


Free Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on selected orders and locations.
In some cases, particularly for custom, oversized, or long-distance deliveries, additional delivery charges may apply. Where applicable, any extra charges will be clearly communicated before dispatch.


Local & Custom Delivery Charges

For certain areas or specific delivery requirements, local or custom delivery charges may apply. These charges are determined by:

  • Access requirements

Pre-Delivery Contact

Access & Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • Clear and safe access to the delivery address
  • Doorways, hallways, staircases, and lifts are suitable for the item
  • Someone is available to receive the delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, re-delivery charges may apply.


Damages or Issues

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
